Liliya Safronyuk is the Chief Operations Officer and Advisor on improving clients’ operations at Strategy Ark.

Ms. Safronyuk is an executive operator who builds and restructures businesses from the inside out.

With over 25 years of experience, she has built organizations from scratch and led complex initiatives across enterprise operations, infrastructure, multi-facility environments, hiring, and HR compliance.

Liliya Safronyuk’s work spans every layer of business, giving her a rare, end-to-end understanding of how organizations actually function.

She is known for hands-on, on-site execution and for designing systems grounded in organizational psychology and human behavior.

Liliya does not apply universal frameworks or borrowed models. Every process she creates is intentionally engineered around the people, environment, and pressures specific to each business.  The solutions that Liliya Safronyuk brings are tailored to our clients’ specific needs.

In her spare time, Liliya loves to travel.  A dedicated Mom, Liliya has raised four children.  

Volunteerism is a huge part of Liliya Safronyuk’s life as well.  Every weekend, she leads her church’s effort to feed over two hundred families, and to ensure the food back is fully stocked.
