


Jasmine Martirossian is the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Strategy Ark.

With an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Law, Policy, and Society from Northeastern University, and being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Jasmine Martirossian is a lifelong learner who loves bringing her expertise to help organizations achieve their goals and thrive.
Additionally, Dr. Martirossian is known for building high-performance teams, combining expertise in social sciences, organizational behavior, strategic planning, and digital marketing. Notably, she excels at leading global cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communications, as well as driving measurable results to scale organizations and grow revenue.
Prior to leading Strategy Ark, Jasmine Martirossian, was the Chief Marketing Officer at Mercury, Inc., which specializes in time- and temperature-sensitive shipping for the life sciences and healthcare industries. And previously, Jasmine was Vice president of Marketing at TÜV SÜD Americas, a German multinational, where she was responsible for all areas and aspects of marketing from strategy to execution for the Americas region. While in that role, her particular focus was on the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Before this, Jasmine Martirossian was the Vice President of Marketing at TTA (The Training Associates), an educational services company.
And it merits mentioning that Jasmine has led digital transformation projects for many multinational corporations, such as TÜV SÜD, PTC, Intertek, Skillsoft, CSA Group, as well as at Lesley University. And if you ask Jasmine, all marketing is digital today, all marketing is about storytelling, and all marketing is about engaging people. She is also very adept at making sure that AI is used in the right way in the marketing mix.
Specifically, what has made a difference in Jasmine’s success is her leaning on organizational behavior insights and expertise in social psychology to help build effective work cultures and drive effective organizational change while building high-performance teams.
Additionally, her PhD dissertation focused on group dynamics, governance, decision-making, and leadership issues. And this expertise has led Jasmine Martirossian to her working with many Boards of Directors, leading strategic planning sessions.
In addition to this, Jasmine’s leadership experience includes serving on boards of directors. She served as a Trustee of Community Associations Institute 2000-2006 in Alexandria, VA, and as a Director of the Foundation for Community Association Research in Alexandria, VA in 2000-2006. She has also served as an ex-officio Director of the Canadian Condominium Institute-Toronto, 2001-2008.
While being a widely published author, Dr. Jasmine Martirossian is also a frequent keynote or featured speaker at conferences. And her work has been covered in publications, such as The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, and The Toronto Star.
Jasmine earned both her Ph.D. in Law, Policy, and Society, and her MA in International Relations from Northeastern University. She attended Wellesley College and Yerevan State University earning a BA in Linguistics.
Dr. Martirossian is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Jasmine Martirossian earned her CAE (Certified Association Executive) designation from the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE).

And she says it’s educational on many levels, and therapeutic too, it makes her a better person, and keeps her aware of different approaches and worldviews. Having visited 41% of the world, Jasmine authors a travel blog called Travel Chasing Art.
Additionally, Jasmine is also a bookworm at heart. She thinks reading is like compounding interest for the brain.

And of course, family is everything. Jasmine and her husband Erik live in Boston and cherish its walkability where they love exploring the city’s hidden gems together. There are quite a few, if you ask her, including fantastic French and Mexican restaurants.
